Shipping Policy

Currently, Card Confluence processes and ships domestic orders within Singapore only.

Default Shipping Method: (Free, at no additional cost)

• Direct meetup and handover to the customer at any MRT station of the customer's choice. Once order is confirmed, Card Confluence will reach out to you via Whatsapp / email to finalize meetup venue, time, and details.
• Sealed Products will be handed over in sealed condition in a paper bag.
• Card Singles orders will be packed in toploaders and placed in bubble envelopes for optimal card protection.

Other Shipping Methods: (Additional costs as below)

• Sealed Product e.g. Booster Boxes
• Tracked shipping via SpeedPost: SGD 10.00 

• Card Singles
• Tracked shipping via SingPost: SGD 3.00
• Free Tracked Shipping is available for Card Singles orders above $50.

Delivery will typically take 3-5 working days once your order is fulfilled.

A tracking number will be provided via Whatsapp / email when your order is fulfilled. You may need to wait up to one working day for the tracking status to be updated.

Card Confluence is not responsible for any loss or damage of mail, nor missing items. We seek your kind understanding as delivery time may differ depending on the respective courier's operational capacity which is beyond our control.
